The biggest change to logo management since we added alternative file formats, plus new ways to take assets out of a published guide:
- Logo Groups. Your logo library can now be organized into groups, to let you organise similar logos in the way that suits your brand best. This could be Primary and Secondary logos, Icons and Wordmarks, Parent and Child brands. If your logos aren't grouped yet, Guidelines reads your filenames and suggests groups to start with.
- Logo Blocks with Groups The logo block can now show a group instead of a single logo. This now displays each logo in a group, letting guide Viewers see different logos within the group. You can select a different background color for each.
- Updated actions for logos. In addition to downloading the logo file, you can now copy and see logo details from a hover-over a logo block where space allows. You can toggle any of these options on and off.
- Fullscreen image gallery. Expanding an image now opens a gallery of every expandable image in that section. Move between them with the arrows on screen, your arrow keys, or a swipe.
- Typography details for desktop and mobile. Size and margins in the typography details panel now show both values when they differ.
- Various bugfixes and improvements, including setting the typography styles for multiple blocks at once, new sizes for icon collections, and a number of smaller fixes across the editor, guides, and dashboard.
