Creating a Guidelines menu with many levels of depth
Every site on Guidelines lets you create a menu with nested pages. Nested pages appear as children of the parent page.
For example, you could create a parent page called "Typography", with children pages called "Fonts", "Styles" and "International Typefaces".
You can arrange any age in your site as a parent or child, and you can have as many levels of depth as you like.
To create a nested menu:
- When editing any Guidelines site, the left panel will show you your pages.
- When hovering or focussing on a page, drag the page by clicking and holding on the drag handle.
- Move the page underneath and to the right of the desired parent page.
- Release the mouse button and your page is now a child of the parent page.
You can follow the same process to create child pages of the same parent, or even the child page itself.
