Single Sign On customers can now control which users should have login access to organisation guides. This includes a new controls to automatically grant access to new users logging in with email addresses associated with domains you choose.
All paid customers can also now choose a password option on their guides. This allows your visitors to access the guide with a shared password. While this is not as secure as individual account access, which is also available on the free plans, it may be a convenient option for less sensitive content and simpler access for your team.
